MRI was SUPPOSED to be today...

I'm not sure how much I've been filling in over here...

A few weeks ago Harley's psychiatrist said he felt he was "off" and suggested that he be seen by a neurologist, a repeat eeg and be evaluated by physical therapist. He is concerned that some of Harley's behaviors at school may be being brought on by absence seizures (agressiveness/sleepiness out of nowhere - according to the school...and once the aide was aware of what an absense seizure looks like, she felt that she was seeing them quite often!)...
Well, the EEG scheduling has been near impossible...they want to do it under sedation because the hospital is a very favorite place of Harley's and no matter what they do he won't stay still..especially with his recent fascination with machines (moreso than before...he talks to them and battles them now!)...well we have to see the neurologist to get the order to sedate him for an EEG since the sedative is an anti-seizure medicine it's really ridiculous either way, but they are hoping that someday they will catch the seizures on an EEG)...
The MRI was scheduled for today, again under sedation...well great a wonderful snow storm hit and the schools are closing and flights are being cancelled ... I do not wish to drive in it...not only that but we discovered when cleaning his room today that he found some food (and he is supposed to fast all day long)....so that put that out...Gonna have to lock up more than I thought (not just the fridge, but also any other foods...like Kelly's 72 cookies she made yesterday....(sigh))...we got the MRI rescheduled for the 2nd of April first thing in the morning so we only have to force him to fast from midnight on....
Next Friday we go to the neurologist and then hopefully we will be able to schedule the EEG....
