Quick, Easy and Deeeelicious!!

Tried a new recipe for dinner last night:

6 pork chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
sliced mushrooms
black pepper (to your liking)
Seasoned salt
onion (optional)

Mix mushroom soup, mushrooms and onions in a bowl. Put chops into a baking dish. Pour mixture over it. Cook in 375 oven for 45 mins.

(I modified this recipe...I cooked the chops on my George Foreman Grill. then put them into the baking dish and cooked them in the oven for 15 mins at 350). Oh, I also didn't have any cream of mushroom soup, so I used cream of chicken. Oh, I also added some Mrs. Dash steak blend instead of the pepper and seasoned salt. Since I don't measure anything out when cooking (other than baking) I can't give you any idea of how much of each to use....

It was absolutely wonderful! Quick and easy! I made baked potatoes with it and used the 'mixture' as a topping on the potato....

If you try it out, let me know how it turned out for you?

Oh, love it! Ironically, I have pork chops defrosting as I write this and wasn't sure what to do with them! :) I'll try your recipe! Sounds great!
