Gathering

You remember that cat that was in the picture of the van yesterday?

He got run over by a car this morning between 8 and 9...I had just let him out not more than an hour earlier and the neighbor came over to tell us that her husband had discovered our cat in his gutter....

So our family has one less member today :(

Andrew helped the teens to bury him in the backyard next to Milo, our other cat who met the same fate about 2 years ago...


our other cat (Nick) is walking around looking for him, howling and not being consoled....he was in the house when it happened and didn't go outside until after the cat was buried in the backyard. I'm sure he'll figure it out eventually -- I just hope he doesn't howl all night long...
