Ahh, it's Friday, and we all KNOW what that means?

It's Friday. . . Harley was up and dressed complete with socks and shoes by 8:30 today!! This is totally out of the ordinary - typically it's a HUGE argument to get this boy to put his clothes on. Like I said before, there's no camp today so I was scratching my head. I asked Harley where do you think you're going today? He informs me so very matter-of-factly that it is FRIDAY! - You think I would know what this means, but my crystal ball is in the shop being repaired right now!! (LOL). Then my sweet DH realized he had to be to his first client at 9:30. . . It's too funny how we can lose track of what day of the week it is and Harley's little routines reminds us!! (our week's out of whack because the older kids aren't home on their usual schedule. . . UGHH. . . They get to come home tomorrow!)

All of a sudden it hits me . . . It's BLOCKBUSTER DAY! Every Friday Harley gets to go and rent a game or movie if he's done everything that was expected of him all week (which he has AGAIN this week!). I told him that Blockbuster doesn't open until 10:00. So every two minutes he saying. . . What time does it open? I lost my patience and said "SOON". . . Now the question has changed

"How many soons till Blockbuster opens??". . . I told him 2 hours worth of soons (I don't plan to be there when they open!). **SIGH** I may never get any rest today!!!

SO I think I'm going to start on the painting in the baby's room (at least getting everything together). We've decided to go with this nice yellow (potato chip yellow) with green accents. I think it's appropriate for a boy's room!

That paint scheme sounds lovely. Just make sure to get lots of ventilation, Mom!! :-) But if you're just taping, etc., have fun but still take it easy. You'll have to post a pic when it's all done!
